She has worked extensively with companies across various industries, including manufacturing, construction, outsourcing, and services, to enhance Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery, Morale, Productivity, and Environment (SQCDMPE). Her ability to integrate Lean methodologies with ISO certifications makes her a trusted advisor in Total Productivity Management (TPM), Lean Office, Lean Banking, and ISO compliance projects.

In addition to her consulting career, Maria is also the co-owner of SixPaws Services, where she is responsible for marketing, business partnerships, and system development. Under her leadership, the company has grown significantly, serving more than 50 active clients and achieving substantial revenue growth, surpassing IDR 1 billion annually.
