Meet Fransiska Harsyathi

Fransiska Harsyanthi, S.Psi., M.Si., is a dedicated professional in the fields of counseling, family development, and psychological well-being. With a strong background in psychology and family sciences, she has built a career focused on individual growth, mental health, marriage, and child development. Her expertise includes pastoral counseling, mindfulness techniques, and psychological first aid, enabling her to support individuals and families in navigating various life challenges.
Her journey in counseling and training has led her to take on several roles, including freelance counselor at Kampoong Hening, associate counselor at PT Yodaya Hijau Bestari, and team instructor at Dynargie Indonesia. She also serves as a trainer and lecturer at the Pastoral Counseling Center (PCC) of the Diocese of Bogor, where she teaches general psychology, the fundamentals of counseling, and supervises final projects. In addition, she is actively involved in marriage preparation programs and family therapy initiatives, guiding couples and families with an empathetic and supportive approach.
Fransiska earned her Master of Science degree in Development and Family Sciences from IPB University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. She has also completed various specialized certifications, including Family Therapy, Psychological First Aid (Johns Hopkins University), and Advanced Counseling Training. Driven by a passion for continuous learning, building meaningful connections, and deepening her expertise in mental health, Fransiska continues to make a meaningful contribution to the field of counseling and psychological support.
