Meet Sella Tampubolon

Consultant & Psychologist

Sella Uli Artha Tampubolon is a clinical psychologist who earned her Master’s degree in Adult Clinical Psychology from Atma Jaya Catholic University of Indonesia. She has a strong passion for supporting individuals and groups through counseling, psychological assessment, intervention design, and the development of mental health programs in both corporate and educational settings.

Currently, Sella serves as a Consultant–Psychologist at Mnd-Hub Jakarta, where she conducts behavioral observations, provides individual counseling, prepares comprehensive psychological reports, and designs interventions tailored to the needs of both individuals and organizations. She also practices as a psychologist at Teman Bincang (temanbincang.id), an online mental health platform that offers accessible counseling and psychological support services to a wide range of communities.

Beyond her clinical practice, Sella is the Co-Founder of Oase Cerita Ibu, a community initiative that empowers young mothers through mental and spiritual growth. Through sharing circles, workshops, and connection spaces, she helps mothers rediscover hope, strength, and meaning in their daily lives.

In her counseling practice, Sella integrates a humanistic, client-centered approach with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) techniques. She believes that empathy, genuine connection, and collaborative exploration are essential elements in the healing process. Her sessions focus on helping clients build self-awareness, challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and develop practical coping skills to live more balanced lives with greater self-compassion.

Sella specializes in supporting individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, panic attacks, non-suicidal self-injury (NSSI), relationship challenges, and spiritual struggles. She also has experience in public speaking, interview and recruitment processes, and individual development planning.
